Tour Policy
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation by the guest, the following charges will apply:

Refund Process:
- - Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 15 working days.
- - Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
Force Majeure / Pandemic / War Situation Policy
In situations beyond human control, including but not limited to:
- - Pandemic or epidemic situations
- - Government-imposed lockdowns or travel restrictions
- - War, political unrest, or border tensions
- - Natural disasters, floods, landslides, or extreme weather
- - Temple closures due to government or trust decisions
No Refund Clause
Any amount paid shall be strictly non-refundable in such circumstances.
This includes advances, partial payments, or full payments already made.
Adjustment Facility (Goodwill Policy)
As a goodwill gesture, India Pilgrimage Yatra will attempt to adjust the paid amount in a future booking for the same destination, subject to:
- - Availability of hotels and services
- - Validity period of 12 months from the original travel date
- - Revised rates applicable at the time of rebooking
Note: Adjustment is not guaranteed and depends entirely on supplier policies.
Amendment / Change Policy
- - Any changes requested before 15 days of travel will be considered subject to availability.
- - Changes requested within 15 days of travel may attract additional charges or may not be permitted.
- - Requests made within 7 days of departure may be treated as cancellation.
- - Name changes, date changes, hotel changes, or vehicle changes may attract extra costs.
